Enquiries

Your website gets visitors but no enquiries. What should you fix?

You can see people visiting your website, but the messages never arrive. Before buying more clicks, check whether the page gives the right visitor enough reason—and a simple way—to contact you.

First, separate traffic from genuine interest

A business owner on Reddit described getting website visits without enquiries and asked whether navigation or missing information was the problem. That is a useful question, but traffic alone cannot diagnose the answer. Some visitors may be outside your service area, researching rather than buying, or looking for something you do not offer.

Check the source of the visits and the promise that brought people to the page. An Instagram post about a specific service should lead to information about that service. More visitors will not repair a mismatch between the promise and the actual offer.

Run the stranger test

Show the first screen to someone who does not know your business. Ask them what you do, who you help and what they should do next. If they describe an attractive design but cannot explain the service, start with the words and structure.

Replace broad claims such as “solutions for your success” with the actual service, the customer it suits and the area you cover. Explain what an enquiry leads to: an availability check, a quote or a conversation about fit. Make that step feel understandable before asking for contact details.

Test the entire contact route

Tap the contact button on your own phone. Check the destination number, the prefilled message and whether a booking link opens the right service. If you use a form, send a test and confirm it arrives; seeing a success message on the page is not enough.

Record visits, contact clicks, messages received and relevant enquiries as separate stages. A button click is not a customer. This distinction helps identify whether the page, contact route or response process needs attention.

How RMflow addresses the website part

RMflow builds a custom one-page website around a clear offer and one main contact route: WhatsApp, phone or an existing booking link. We organise your services, relevant photos and practical details so a visitor can understand the business before starting a conversation.

You get two revision rounds before launch. Hosting and small updates are managed afterwards, so an outdated service description or changed contact link can be corrected. This addresses the page and its contact path; it does not create demand or guarantee enquiries.

See the offer before deciding

The launch offer is €590, paid in full before work starts, for the first three clients. Hosting and small edits are €79/month from the second month; VAT applies where applicable. The seven working days begin after payment, materials and approval of the direction.

Visit the RMflow homepage to see the demo websites, the package and the process. If your current site already communicates well and its contact route works, your next step may be better targeting or follow-up rather than replacing the website.

A couple of useful answers.

Should I run ads to solve a lack of enquiries?

Check the audience, offer and contact path first. Paid traffic does not automatically fix a confusing or broken page.

Does RMflow guarantee leads?

No. RMflow builds and manages the website and agreed contact route; demand, traffic quality and follow-up also affect enquiries.
