Start with the customer’s complaint
In a Reddit discussion, a business owner reported that regular customers had trouble navigating the website and finding booking information. That is a concrete problem you can investigate without assuming every visitor needs a new app or account.
Ask someone who has never used the site to find a service and start a booking on their phone. Watch what they do. Do they open several menus, choose the wrong location or mistake an enquiry button for a confirmed reservation?
Name the action accurately
“Book an appointment” should lead to a booking process. “Ask about availability” should lead to a conversation. If a WhatsApp message is only a request, explain that the appointment is confirmed after a reply.
Use consistent wording where the action appears. Keep key requirements near it: the location, service and any details someone should prepare. Do not make visitors search through unrelated pages to understand what happens after tapping.

Keep the system that already does the job
If your current booking service handles availability and confirmations well, a clearer website link may be enough. Test that the link opens the correct business, service or location instead of a generic platform landing page.
Go through the journey until you can verify the next step. Check mobile behaviour, confirmation wording and what the customer receives. Avoid creating real appointments during tests unless they are clearly marked and handled as tests.
How RMflow connects the journey
RMflow’s standard site can use WhatsApp, a phone link or the booking system link you already use as the main contact action. We place the route within a clear one-page explanation of the service so the visitor knows why and how to continue.
This is not a custom booking engine. Calendar synchronisation, deposits, automated reminders and complex integrations are not automatically included. If your existing booking platform is broken, fixing that platform is separate from designing its website link.
Review the complete offer
The launch package is €590 paid in full before work starts for the first three clients. It includes a custom one-page site and two revision rounds. Hosting and small edits are €79/month from the second month; VAT applies where applicable.
Visit the RMflow homepage to see the examples, process and scope. Start with the smallest change that resolves the actual obstacle. A working booking route removes friction, but availability, demand and service suitability still affect completed bookings.
A couple of useful answers.
Do I need to replace my booking software?
Not necessarily. First check whether customers can find and use the correct existing booking link.
Does the standard package include online payments and reminders?
No. The standard offer connects an existing booking route; custom booking functions and integrations need a separate scope.
