2. Services

We provide AI-powered systems for customer response, appointment booking, no-show recovery, and client reactivation, including a free initial audit, system setup, and ongoing operation. Our services may change or be updated from time to time at our discretion, always with notice to active clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information about your business, tools, and workflows during the audit and setup.

• Have the right to share any customer or client data needed to operate the systems.

• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.

4. Payments and Refunds

• The one-time setup fee is paid before implementation begins and is non-refundable once work has started.

• The monthly retainer is billed in advance and covers system operation, monitoring, and support.

• There is no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your business data and your clients’ data at all times.

• We retain ownership of the underlying systems, workflows, and technology we build; you receive the right to use them for as long as you are an active client.

• Aggregated, anonymized results may be used by RMFlow for case studies only with your prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our Website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under EU or Italian law. We do not guarantee that our systems will be error-free or uninterrupted, and AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate; sensitive matters are always routed to a human.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, given no long-term contract is in place. We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.
