A website for your business in Brescia: what to prepare

Your website should help someone decide whether your business is right for them—and make the next step obvious. Start there before discussing colours or animations.

Choose one main action

For a restaurant, it may be opening a booking service. For a tradesperson, it may be sending a WhatsApp enquiry with a photo of the job. For a studio, it may be calling about an appointment. Choose the action that matches how you actually handle new customers.

Use the same clear wording wherever that action appears. Keep essential information visible before asking someone to contact you: the service, the area you cover, your opening hours where relevant and what happens after they enquire.

Prepare the details customers ask for

Gather your business name, contact details, service area or address, opening hours, photographs you have permission to use and a short description of each service. Use real examples to replace vague phrases such as “quality and professionalism”.

For example, a workshop can explain which vehicles it services and how a quote works. A beauty studio can describe treatments and appointment requirements. Write down the questions you answered most often in the last week: those are useful starting points for the page.

Check the site on a phone

Open every example on your own phone. Can you understand the offer without pinching to zoom? Does the contact button reach the right number? Is the address readable and does the map link open the right place?

The four sites on the RMflow homepage are concept demos, not client case studies. They show possible visual directions for a café, car rental, beauty business and property agency. Your own site should use your identity and materials.

Agree on delivery and management

RMflow’s launch offer is €590 paid in full before starting, for the first three clients, plus €79/month from the second month for hosting and small updates. VAT applies where applicable. Two revision rounds are included.

The delivery target is seven working days after full payment, receipt of the materials and approval of the direction. New pages, additional languages, content production and complex integrations are separately scoped. Ask about domain costs and cancellation before accepting the proposal.

Connect the website to your local presence

Link your Google Business Profile to the correct website and keep the business details consistent. Add the website to your Instagram bio, email signature and printed materials where useful. Publishing a page is the start of making it discoverable, not a guarantee of a Google position.

Use the Google Maps guide below to check local details, then the website cost guide to compare the full scope. A clear brief helps you choose a supplier and avoids paying for features your business will not use.

A couple of useful answers.

Does RMflow only work with hospitality businesses?

No. The website offer is for companies and local businesses with a clear contact or booking route.

Are the example websites real client projects?

They are concept demos. They are labelled as demonstrations, not client case studies.
